   | | Nap Pozulp, Ph.D.  Associated Psychologists & Therapists founder and director, Dr. Nap Pozulp, holds degrees from Indiana University
in Bloomington, Indiana and Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois where
he was awarded a doctorate in psychology. With over twenty-two years of experience
as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Pozulp is licensed by both the States of Illinois and
Indiana. In addition to his advanced academic work, Dr. Pozulp received extensive
clinical training at Tri-City Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center in
East Chicago, Indiana, St. Catherine's Hospital in Hammond, Indiana, St. Margaret's
Hospital in East Chicago, Indiana and Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center
in Chicago.As Director of Associated Psychologists & Therapists, Dr. Pozulp has assembled a highly qualified staff of clinicians who are responsible for the delivery of a full range of outpatient psychological services. Prior to founding Associated Psychologists & Therapists, Dr. Pozulp was Senior Staff Psychologist with Tri-City, providing psychological treatment for individuals, families, and couples. He is also highly trained and experienced in the use of psychodiagnostic testing for personality evaluation and career assessment. Additionally, Dr. Pozulp is skilled in the use of clinical hypnosis for the treatment and control of a variety of emotional difficulties such as phobias, panic disorders and health threatening habits including cigarette smoking and overeating. His broad range of training and years of experience enable Dr. Pozulp to effectively treat a very wide array of emotional, behavioral, and relationship problems. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pozulp is an author who has presented his work before professional societies, such as the Midwestern Psychological Association, the American College of Physicians and Surgeons, and at hospital in-services, and at the university level. Popular and well known as a speaker and group leader in the Chicago area, Dr. Pozulp regularly presents his work on topics related to romantic and intimate relationships. He is frequently quoted in print media, and has appeared on television as an expert observer of human behavior and emotions.
